Terms & Conditions

Minimum time per appointment is 1 hour. After the first hour, we will charge on an hour basis. Prices are inclusive of all taxes.
We of warranty for up to 1 year. Please read our warranty terms and conditions.
Travel time will also be considered and included.
Parking is charged at cost where applicable.
Congestion Charge is charged where applicable.
Specialist sub-contractors are charged at cost +25%.

All prices are labor only and materials or other additional expenses are not included. In cases where you cannot provide all materials needed for the job sourcing time for materials is charged at a flat rate, we can go to a local hardware store and supply the needed materials at our standard “shopping time” rate – £35/hour,

and the price for the materials will be added separately on top. If we arrive and are unable to carry out the work through no fault of our own, the first hour rate is still applied. The hour rate will be applied varying on the service you hired and the time the work was supposed to be done.

Rescheduling/cancellation policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed booking, please give us 48 hours’ notice to avoid a late notice charge of £20.
